Hi, I have an available extra room to rent from the 15th of June.

The flat is quite big, with 4 rooms, a big kitchen, and a big shared living room that most of the time nobody uses it.
Currently, there are 1 female student and two recent males graduates, although I might start a master come september.
The room is spacious, fully furnished, has its own sofa, is literally less than a minute walk from Glasgow University, and the Hillhead Subway station is located at a 2 min walk.
We are quite social, but don't go out that much, so we prefer people who won't be partying 24/7. The occasional group pint is quite fun though.
There are plenty of supermarkets nearby with Byres Road just beside, from Tesco to Waitrose, and a 24/7 just 2 mins away as well.
