Flat is in very good condition, kept very clean by current tenants who stick to a weekly cleaning rota for example. Room is very spacious - double bed, drawers, wardrobe, desk & chair and curtains included. Three girls currently living here. Shared rooms are two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Have included images of kitchen, living room and the bigger bathroom with the shower. All current tenants will be third year at University of Glasgow at the time of leasing. From experience living with them, they are very welcoming and respectful. They enjoy nights in watching movies and eating together just as much as going out to cinema, bars and parks etc. This flat will need a deposit!! Bills are generally £30-40 each per month.
