Hello, I am subletting my room while I study abroad for a semester. The room would be available from mid-June to the end of December. The bills are roughly £50 a month each but can be more depending on how much heating is used.

The flat is in a perfect location for Glasgow uni students, it’s a 15 minute walk to main campus, while also being fairly close to the city centre (20-30 minute walk). St. George’s Cross subway station is a 5 minute walk away and 6 and 6A buses are very frequent on Great Western Road.

You would be living with a fourth year Archaeology student (22) and a theatre masters student (22). We don’t tend to do much together but we do end up chatting in the kitchen a lot.

It is important that you are clean and tidy, quiet and respectful of others in the flat. We have a current cleaning system where one will clean either the floors, bathroom or kitchen once a week (or sometimes fortnightly depending on busy-ness), and other duties like emptying the bins and cleaning up after yourself are expected to be noticed and carried out noticed.

We would prefer a female student, perhaps coming for a semester abroad? Although it is not necessary as it is a sublet, therefore council tax will not matter.
