The room has a large mirrored oak wardrobe and a double bed with a great mattress. It has been recently carpeted and noise insulation added to the internal walls. There’s a large velux window with blackout blind.

It’s a spacious, lovely flat. Three bedrooms are upstairs, and downstairs is my room, the dining room, the sitting room, my art studio, and the kitchen (I love to cook and can’t resist gadgets, we’ve got all mod cons; Vitamix, La Pavoni, Bamix, Kitchenaid etc 😌). My cat, Prince, has his own ‘loo’ under the stairs with a robotic litter box, which keeps the smells to a minimum.

There’s a big shared roof terrace, and we have loungers, a BBQ, and a greenhouse which you’re welcome to make use of!

The location could not be better. The flat is a few minutes from Park District and Kelvingrove Park, with the city centre on one side and the West End on the other. Central, but so peaceful!
