Warm, comfortable and peaceful house. All housebills included in rent. Just off High Street. Private parking & small garden. Room is very big with king-sized bed and own wash-hand basin. 3 bath/shower rooms shared between 6 rooms, and all rooms have wash-hand basins so few queues. A second bed(single) could be added for twin occupancy if required.
The High Street and bus stop are just a few paces from the back door of the house.
House has 2 well-equipped shared kitchens, washing machines and dryers and a large shared sitting room, It's a big house on 4 floors so there is plenty of space. TV aerial point in bedrooms.
Wifi is a fast business contract with 4G backup so very reliable.
The house is well-maintained, clean and has central heating and double glazing.
Rent includes all bills (council tax, utilities, washing machines & dryers, licence for shared TV, water, waste disposal and wifi as above). 24 hour emergency management service and weekly cleaner for shared spaces.
Small surcharge for couple/twin occupancy (£50/month).
The current tenants are considerate professionals and a post-graduate student. professional/s or sensible student/s would be welcome.
House has a friendly atmosphere but is not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment/serious studies. A visit from a peaceful friend would be fine.
