There are two large, well-equipped kitchens and a separate utility room, main large sitting room and separate TV room. Wifi. Sunny place to sit outside.

Rent includes all housebills (gas, elec, water, council tax, licence for TVs in shared rooms), except washing machines & dryers are coin-operated - (£4 to wash, 50p to dry - commercial machines - large loads).

Wifi is fast (business broadband with fast maintenance service and 4G backup).

Management team provides 24 hour emergency call service and there's a weekly cleaner for the shared rooms.

Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment/serious studies but the tenants are friendly.

Pets would be welcome if it's not considered to be a problem for them or the other tenants or landlord.

Non-smoking or strictly outside only.
