Great transport links and shops all within walking distance. Current flatmate is a student so council tax discount is available / will be free for a fellow student.

The flat also has a shared living room and balcony that I can send photos of. Room comes with drawers and wardrobe pictured, there is also a bed that can be brought out of storage if needed as I will be taking mines with me when I move.
