I have a large double room available from 16th May and would suit someone with a car as there's a private basement carpark. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, table, chair, lots of storage and you have your own large bathroom as there's another en-suite room, so no need to share.

Fully furnished living room and well equiped kitchen with washing machine. The flat is located at the end of Byres Road and Dumbarton Road, Glasgow Uni is only 2 minutes walk away. Partick train station (5 mins) and Kelvinbridge subway (2 mins) walk. There is a Lidl and a Morrison nearby as well as Tesco and Sainsbury express.

All bills are included (electric, gas and broadband) however if you are not a student than you'll have to pay your share of council tax ( Band E - with 25% exemption for single occupancy) I would prefer long term let (£750/mth) however will consider 3 months or less with weekly rate of £200/week.

Your flatmate is a 3rd year Computer Engineering student at Glasgow Uni. He's from Singapore and enjoys his Muay Thai and gym.
