I have a room for rent in my flat in North Kelvinside. It's a ground floor flat and has a patio which can be accessed from the bedroom. The room has a single bed, a set of drawers, a small writing desk, and a built-in wardrobe.

Due to the location, the room would be well-suited to someone working at the university, as it is just a 25-minute walk away. I'm open to renting out to students. The room would only be available to a single person as a short term let of no longer than six months. Gas, Electric, Factor fees, broadband and council tax bills would be included.

Since the other room has an ensuite the main bathroom would be mostly yours. There is a fitted kitchen which is open plan with the living room which has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, bean-to-cup coffee maker, fridge and freezer which would all be shared along with cooking/eating utensils. There is also a washer/dryer which would also be shared. The flat also has an assigned parking spot in the car park which you would be welcome to use.
