Large dine in kitchen with 7 ring stove, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, ceiling mounted clothes horse, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, toastie maker, and lots of storage space.
Large living room with two sofas (one is also a sofa bed), coffee table, television, big dining table, shelves, and storage cupboard.
Communal Ironing board and clothes horse.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, as well as under sink storage, heated towel rail and under floor heating.
My name is Rosie and I am a full time third year Classical Civilisations student and a part time Barista looking for a kind, queer friendly flatmate to move in January. I do a lot of extra curricular planning with the UofG Comic Creators Club, as well as going to MMA and the gym. In my spare time I love to draw, go for nature walks, watch TV, read, and go rollerskating or just have chill nights in with friends. I also love to make big meals and would love somebody I can bake/cook with from time to time.
All bills are split between us, wifi is £17.50 each, gas and electricity vary.
