The double bedroom is available from 1st February, the single one from 15 December.

The flat has a shared fully-equipped kitchen (but no freezer), and a shared bathroom. Bills are not included, but Wi-Fi is kindly offered by the landlord.

The property is very quiet and the current tenant is a kind and respectful guy, who also enjoy having a chat or drinking something together from time to time.

There are a Tesco and a Lidl 2 minutes away.
