Hello,
My name is Wiktor. I’m currently living in the southside of Glasgow with my girlfriend, Sarah. We’re renting a three-bedroom flat, and our current flatmate is moving out soon. We’re looking for someone to take their place.
Sarah and I are both university students. We keep the flat tidy and cosy, enjoy cooking and baking, and we’re both friendly and always up for a chat over a nice cup of tea.
The rent is £450 per person per month (bills not included). The flat is a very spacious and a well-maintained tenement in Mount Florida. Transport to Glasgow City Centre is easy with just a short walk from the train station. Additionally, there are plenty of nearby amenities, popular coffee shops, a big ASDA only a 15 minute walk away, with Shawlands nearby as well as the the lovely Queen’s Park.
