Hi there! We are looking for a new flatmate to join our flat on West Princes St! Non-students only please so we can share the cost of council tax.

About us
- Recent graduates, 23 and 24
- One of us is studying and the other working. We are looking for non-students who pay council tax so we can split it.
- Two girls, both LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent. Similar folks preferred!
- Likes: going to the park, cooking and watching films together, nature, pints, cats, gigs, dnd, ceilidhs, making art

About the flat
- 5 mins from Kelvinbridge subway and Kelvingrove park
- 15 min walk to UofG campus
- Shared bathroom, kitchen, and seating area
- Wee courtyard and garden
- Approx move in date 1st July-ish
- Rolling contract
- Bills (energy and wifi) are £50 extra per month
- Council tax will be £73 extra per month (still figuring out how it works.).
- We have a cat!!! Must be cat friendly
