Hi!!
I will be moving out of my room for second semester of uni, so need someone to take over. The room is spacious with big window, and my flatmate is quiet but nice.

Rent is £550 a month, and bills and broadband tend to be £40/50 each. The room can only be rented by a student for council tax exemption purposes.

Would be looming for someone to move in by latest January. If you’re interested, we are happy to have you over to see the flat and get to know you :)
