Hello people, our flatmate is moving away and we are looking for a nice new flatmate, preferably someone who could stay long term, for our three bed flat. The flat is in a great location, within walking distance of everything Glasgow's city centre has got to offer, including great access to public transport.

Bills including the Council Tax (Band C), fibre internet (Virgin Media), gas and electricity are in total around £110 each person but they may vary depending on gas and electricity usage. If you are a student you'd have to be okay with sharing the council tax bill.
