Hi! I’m looking for a student to take over my ensuite room at Hyndland House, Glasgow.

Available from 5 August to 23 August 2026. The start date can be discussed, but ideally the tenancy covers until 23 August.

Rent is £160 per week, bills included. No deposit required.

The room is furnished and has a private en-suite bathroom. The flat has a shared kitchen.

Great location near the University of Glasgow, in the Partick / Hyndland area. Around 5 minutes’ walk to Partick Station and close to bus stops. Tesco is nearby and Lidl is about 3 minutes away.

The building has 24-hour security and the shared kitchen is cleaned weekly.

This is an official student accommodation tenancy takeover / contract transfer, not an informal sublet. The replacement tenant needs to be a student and approved by the accommodation provider.
