I have a spare double bedroom available to rent (up to 6 months) in my duplex flat, located in sought-after Glasgow West End, Park District. The flat is a stones throw away from Kelvingrove Park and a 20 minute walk into the city centre, 15 mins to Byres Road.

The flat itself has two toilets, one main bathroom, open plan kitchen and living space. All fully furnished.

The bedroom comes equipped with a built in wardrobe - loads of storage! A double bed, bedside tables and desk.

I am looking for someone who is respectful and clean, but happy to chill and watch tv or have dinner with in the evenings.

About me: I am active and sociable, in my spare time I go to the gym, do rowing, enjoy relaxing in the park or going hiking, and love a glass of wine! I am hoping to find someone with similar interests who also has their own things going on whose also open to hanging out 😊
