Hello! My flatmate is moving overseas for work and will be leaving our beautiful, bright flat in Hyndland. Would ideally be looking for a mature student or young professional!

The room is furnished, with an extra king sized bed, a desk, & a wardrobe. It’s the larger of the 2 bedrooms, and has an adjoining shower room (not a full en-suite, it’s a strange design)

I’m a hospitality professional and out of the flat a lot, but you’d be sharing with me and my little sphynx cat Yoda. He’s a very very affectionate little cat, so someone who likes cats and is happy to have him prowling around and looking for pets is kind of essential.

Outside of work I go to the gym a lot, do a lot of yoga, and love watching movies. I’m a very sociable person and would be happy to have someone I can sit and put the world to rights with
