This lovely two bedroom ground floor flat is situated in the West End of Glasgow. Nearby are the picturesque Botanic Gardens, Glasgow University and the restaurants and bars on the popular Great Western Road and Byres Road, which are only a 15 minute walk from the flat. You can reach most attractions via the beautiful River Kelvin walkway, the entrance of which is very near to the flat.
The bedroom is very spacious and you would have your own en-suite bathroom with shower. The double glazed bay windows in the living room make the room bright and airy. The flat has a communal entrance as well as a communal garden area out the back. Very often these type of flats lack a nice calm green space at the back however, this flat is quite the opposite.

There are several ways to travel around. Buses run into the centre of Glasgow at the top of Garrioch Road. Two subway stations are within walking distance and are very frequent. A pleasant cycle along the canal takes you straight into the centre within 15 minutes. A walk through the Kelvin Walkway and the botanical gardens takes you to Great Western Road and Byres road.
The current tenant is a student so another student would be the preferred option for council tax purposes.
