Situated in a quiet area it has a full sized living room, double bedroom and newly refurbished kitchen. The apartment is on the top floor, with good views. The apartment is next to lovely park and is a 3 minute walk away from Hyndland train station which goes directly into the city center. There is on street parking and a bus stop at the end of the road. The University of Glasgow is close by as well as a variety of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Rent is £625 a month with bills being between £75 and £180 depending on council tax. Flexible with move in date from now until the end of June. I’m a female teacher who is easy going, clean, friendly and quiet. Open to hanging out or doing my own thing.
