I need to sublet my room so I can go work abroad for a few months. I’ll be gone from the end of April until the end of July, but I can be flexible with the movein date and the leaving date if you need to stay for a bit less or a lot longer!

My flatmate is lovely and it’s a very relaxed flat! She’s 25 and working fulltime in hospitality nearby. We both recently graduated so the vibe in the flat would be ideal for a student or young worker :)

It’s a double room within a two bed flat in Hyndland, two minutes walk away from Hyndland train station and a fifteen minute walk from Byres Road. The area is residential and close to cafes, restaurants and has shops around the corner.

It’s a ground floor flat but it’s on a hill so it’s risen from the street level which is nice because people can’t see in easily! There’s steps to get into the front door and it has a front garden so we’re not right by the path.

The room has two large windows and a built-in wardrobe with mirror-doors. I’d leave my furniture but empty it of all my stuff, so you’d have a double bed frame with a comfy ikea mattress, two lamps, a bedside table, a bookshelf, two closets and two drawers to use. I’m happy for you to use my bedding if you need.

The living room has a dining table & chairs, two sofas and a tv with a firestick. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware to use. The bathroom has a bath as well as an electric shower :)
