Looking for someone to fill a room in a flat situated just off of Dumbarton Road in Glasgow's west end. The flat is right next to Partick Station (Subway, Rail, & Bus links), and is a 2-3 minute walk from Lidl, Morrisons, and the Partick Retail Park for shopping and groceries.

The Flat:
Part of a 3-person joint tenancy, located on the top floor. The flat has a large shared living room, spacious kitchen-dining area, additional landing space, and a balcony. There is a shared bathroom (with one other flatmate), as one bedroom is ensuite. The shared areas include multiple sofas and coffee table, as well as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas stove and working areas. The heating is via gas boiler.

The Room:
The room is a double room, fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, three sets of drawers, bookshelf and mirror (desk in picture is not included). Comfortable year round with great natural light from two windows, and ample plug sockets, radiator and carpeted.

Flatmates:
Two young professionals, 25 and 28. Friendly and sociable, but typically quiet during the week. Generally tidy and easy to get on with, looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.
