Hi, I’ve got a double room in a 2 bed flat available from towards the end of October/start of November (I’m pretty flexible). It’s located directly next to the big Tesco in Maryhill which is super handy. And about 15ish min walk to the nearest subway station. There’s a bus into the city centre that leaves just outside the flat aswell as voi bike station (15 min ride into the centre).

It’s a good sized 1st floor flat across 2 levels. The kitchen is plenty big enough for both of us to cook at the same time with tonnes of cupboard storage. The living room is super cosy with massive windows so you’re more than welcome to fire a bunch of plants in!! I’m massively into my music and records and got a lovely stereo in the living room so if you’re also into your records that’s a nice bonus!

There’s 3 big storage spaces in the flat so don’t worry if you’ve got a bunch of stuff. There’s also space for a bike or 2 (I’m a cyclist so got a nice little bike storage set up upstairs).

I’m working full time as a bike mechanic currently so out of the flat 8-4 5 days a week and I’m also involved with a reggae sound system so you’ll catch me at most of their events. Im also a very keen cyclist so would love to live with someone who’s got similar interests as I’d like to be friends with my flat mate aswell rather than strangers living together. I’ve lived mostly with girls in the past but I’m more than open to male or female flatmates.

The rent is £550 (bills included) + council tax. We have a cleaner 2 times per month give the place a once over and my parents are the landlord lords. Theres loads of parking spaces outside the flat but you will need to get a permit.
