I’m moving out and looking for someone lovely to take over my room. Honestly, I fell in love with this place the moment I viewed it, and living here has been such a happy experience. 🥹

The location is amazing, right between Partick Station and Kelvinhall Subway Station, both around a 5-minute walk. There’s a Tesco literally downstairs, and Morrisons and Lidl are just 5–6 minutes away.

The room is large and super bright, with a big window that gets loads of sunlight all day. You can see beautiful sunsets and the sky changing colours in the evenings – it really lifts your mood. There’s also a tree outside the window, no buildings blocking the view, and it’s surprisingly quiet, so you can keep the window open all the time.

You’ll be sharing a clean and tidy kitchen and bathroom with very kind and gentle flatmates. We’re sociable and friendly, but also respect each other’s personal space. It’s a really comfortable and positive living environment.

Rent: £625 per month (bills not included).
Bills are usually around £30–£50 per month after sharing (excluding council tax).
