Situated in a quiet part of Kelvinside, behind the Botanical Gardens, this flat is just a 20min walk and 5min drive to Hillhead underground station and Glasgow University. There is plenty of free and private parking available directly outside the flat. The peaceful location and proximity to the West End's shops, cafes, parks, and bars makes this flat ideal for any young professional or mature student looking for a cosy and comfortable home in Glasgow.

The flat has double glazed windows, is centrally heated and includes a small utility room for bikes etc. The bedroom to rent is bright and spacious, includes a double bed, mirrors, drawers, bookshelves, cabinet and a hanging rail for clothes.

The kitchen, living/dining room and the bathroom are shared and there is also a shared balcony.

I am looking for a responsible young professional/mature student to rent my spareroom. A little bit about me: I am a 34 year old professional, a primary teacher. I am at school from Monday to Friday and live a quiet but active lifestyle. I also have a hypoallergenic dog called Archie who lives in the flat. He is 10 years old and extremely friendly and loves everyone! I am tidy and sociable but also respect people’s space and privacy and hope for a tenant that is like-minded. The rent includes bills like wifi, tv licence and heating/electric but not council tax (Band C).
