Hi, I live in the flat with one friend and we're looking for a new flatmate. I work full time in hospitality and she’s doing a masters degree, and we both enjoy a chill night in cooking and watching a movie as well as a night at the pub! I am looking for a flatmate who is nice, clean, and tidy, and enjoys occasionally hanging out together - whether that's cooking or a drink etc.
The monthly rent includes all bills, in addition to the factor fee and council tax (Band C), so you won't have to worry about expenses varying seasonally.
There is 1 double bedroom available that is fully furnished with a bed, desk, drawers, bedside table, chair, and a large wardrobe, and the flat has a modern kitchen and bathroom as well as a place to sit and relax in the hall. There are two large storage cupboards, one within the flat and one in the close which we have access to through a back door. The flat has main door access, so it is very secure.
It's 2 mins away from a Sainsbury's, Boots, Superdrug, M&S, Costa, and 5 mins from Morrisons, Lidl, and Partick station for trains and the subway. There are also buses into the city centre that leave from the bottom of the street.
