There is a lovely double room available from the mid August, on the ground floor of this stunning, cozy, and welcoming four bed house. All the girls who currently live in the property are Christians who attend different local churches across cheltenham. Preference for Christians, but if happy to live with Christian’s then we would love to meet you.

The landlords are a lovely family who want each tenant to treat the home as if it were their own, meaning that there is a freedom to hang up/nail pictures, mirrors etc into walls. They just ask that we treat the space well and with loving care.

There is a lovely garden which is a sun trap in summer! There is also a study which will have space for a desk if you need to work from home/study.

In total, the rent is £461 total a month with rent and bills. Very affordable and no other rent rate like it in Cheltenham. Everything in the bedroom will be going so the room will need to be fully furnished.

The house is situated on the London road bus routes so if you don't fancy the 25 min walk into town, there is that option. The area is quiet and neighbours are lovely.
