With two current housemates we are currently looking to fill out the two available rooms, available to move in at earliest connivence.
We have a shared living room, garden, kitchen, large bathroom and basement for storage. Rooms come with a desk, chair, wardrobe and drawers as well as LED lighting strips. The property is located within easy walking distance for the town center and less then five minutes from the Lidl as well as other local amenities.
All bills are included except for Council Tax which is Band B and the cost of which is divided amongst tenants except for students.
