I am looking for someone to share this home with, and 695 is half of all rent and bills so for 695 you get all bills plus 2x rooms which is one bedroom (double) and 1x small room which can be used for wardrobes, units, so you get 2 rooms for the price. Shared bathroom. Lovely living room downstairs which I never use so you basically have full use of that and happy for you to make it how you want. Little garden too and kitchen. I am very tidy and quiet and the area itself is quiet, lovely neighbours and it comes with a parking space. The reason for looking for someone to rent is I have just had a relationship separation so wouldn't be able to afford alone. Happy for viewings or to answer any questions
