Ground floor 2 bedroom flat right in the centre of Gloucester docks, in the barge arm building. The flat has 2 double rooms, one with ensuite, an additional bathroom and a large open plan kitchen and living space. I have been living in the property but am moving out and putting it up for rent. I have a separate ad for renting the flat as a whole property - this is for one of the rooms as a potential buddy up - so if you are interested I would help with matching up two people to share the whole flat. The amount of furniture in the flat is negotiable - I will mostly be getting new furniture so would be happy to leave some. All kitchen appliances are built in so will be included. There is one parking space in a secure car park and it's possible to buy a permit for the roads nearby. The flat will be available in early July and there will be some flexibility on move-in date. Note that rent doesn't include bills as tenants will need to set these up themselves.
