The room available is a double room with an ensuite toilet. A TV, wardrobe, draws, desk and bedside table is included in the room. The shared living space is the kitchen/living room and the shower room. The house is incredibly spacious and the other housemates are lovely.

There is parking available on the street but a permit is needed. It is 2 permits per household but neither permit is being used so if you have a car you’re guaranteed a permit.

The walk to town is 5-10 minutes and around the area is a co-op shop 2 minutes down the road with a couple of café’s too.

There is also a 24/7 shop down the road which is useful if you are out late.

The kitchen/living room is included with loads of cupboards, a washing machine, a dish washer and the TV has Netflix installed.
