My lodger has the use of the communal areas of the house and garden. Parking on front drive.

I am looking for a professional lodger who is looking for a comfortable home. Bills are included unless an excessive amount of additional electricity is used.

House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac a short drive from GCHQ, Staverton Airport and training facilities, and Cheltenham town centre .There is driveway parking and a bus stop less than 3 minutes walk from the house. Supermarket and other facilities are 5 minutes walk.

Would prefer a quiet house guest who does not smoke or drink excessively (except coffee!). I look forward to hearing from you and showing you the room. As I have two cockapoos, dog lovers please but I cannot accommodate another dog.
