-Privacy: The flat spans across three levels, so even though this is a flat share, you get to have a fair amount of privacy.
- (Almost) an ensuite: Main bathroom is next to your rooms, I mostly use a small guest toilet next to my room.
- Partially furnished: The furniture you see - except the bed, sofa, foot stool and TV stand & TV - is what came with the flat, so you'll already have wardrobes and dressers
- The kitchen has an integrated dishwasher (absolute godsend) and washing machine
- There's a spare room that's currently only used as storage, but I would like to turn it into a shared living space to eat and chill together / calm space for reading or studying :)

I'm fairly sociable but definitely enjoy my own space too; I'd probably describe myself as an introvert/ambivert.
I have lots of hobbies and like making things, learning new stuff and generally keeping busy after work.

It would be cool to occasionally cook and have dinner together, while still being happy for us both to do our own thing. Basically, I'm looking for someone who's up for a friendly, relaxed home where we can be sociable when we feel like it, but respect each other's space.
