We are looking for one housemate to move into our house at 12 St Paul's Street North, Cheltenham, for 2026-27, as one of our current tenants is moving out.

It is an ideal location, being a 2-minute walk from Francis Close Hall campus, and is only a 5-minute walk into the town centre.

It has an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a fully furnished huge double bedroom.

All bills are included.

MUST be a Full-time student!

Rent per month is £595.

Move-in date is as soon as possible.
