Hey! We’re looking for a new person to our flat as our current flatmate is sadly moving out.

The room:
The room is a large double at the back of the house and overlooks the garden 🪴 The room comes fully furnished with a bed & mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk.

Rent is £690 per month with bills included (water, heating, electricity, super fast Wi-Fi, council tax) and requires a one month deposit (£690) before moving in. Rent is paid monthly and is due on the 1st of every calendar month.

No agencies to be dealt with as the contract is a sublet and rent will be paid straight to the sub-landlord / flatmate Raisa x

About the flat:
Our home is a lovely converted flat on a peaceful street. We live on the ground floor so have no wall neighbours and a private access to our own sunny back garden. A lovely Polish woman lives upstairs with her teenage daughter so it is generally quite a nice and calm environment 🌻

The flat consists of three big double bedrooms, hallway, bathroom and kitchen. We also have a cleaning cupboard and a shed in the garden for extra storage.

In the bathroom we have a nice bath with an overhead shower and the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob & oven, kettle, microwave and washing machine. We also keep our cooking equipment and dishes in communal use x

Our home is music practice and teaching friendly from 9am until 10pm.

Though we live quite busy lives, we do enjoy hanging out in the kitchen with a glass of wine/gin 💛 It is not a party flat, but a nice chat is always appreciated!

The area:
We live in a lovely green area in Eltham🌿
We're on the Green Chain walk, so surrounded by miles of woods and parks with great views over to the City.

Connections:
There’s a bus stop a few minute away on Well Hall Road, so you can easily get around:

🚌 15 mins to North Greenwich (Jubilee line)
🚌 20 mins to Greenwich Town (DLR)
🚌 12 mins to Woolwich Arsenal (Elizabeth line)

Eltham Station (National Rail, zone 4) is also only a 5 minute walk away and connects us to central London very quickly:

🚈 30 mins to Charing Cross
🚈 33 mins to London Victoria

Eltham town High Street is around a 15 minute walk away. There you can find a big Lidl, cinema, several fast food joints (think Burger King, Nando’s , McDonalds, Subway…), library, gym, charity shops, music stores etc 💛 We also have a Co-op, a cute micropub and a lovely coffee shop just a few minutes down the road from the flat!
