One furnished room available in our LGBTQIA+ friendly home in leafy SE9, suitable for a student.

We are a friendly gay couple living in the house, and we already have one student lodger living here. We are now looking for one more respectful student lodger who is tidy, easy-going and comfortable sharing a calm queer household.

The house has a relaxed, homely feel: friendly, considerate and clean, but not a party house.

The available room is:

• Furnished double room: £850 per month, bills included

The room is for single occupancy only and comes furnished with the basics, including a double bed, bed linen and pillows.

You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom and common areas with us and the other lodger. We’re friendly and easy to get along with, but we do like shared spaces to be kept clean and considerate for everyone.

All bills are included: council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband, subject to fair usage. There is also the option to arrange a weekly cleaner for an extra cost.

The house is around 1 minute from the bus stop, with New Eltham and Sidcup stations around 15 minutes away and direct trains to London Bridge in about 30 minutes. There’s plenty of greenery nearby, so it’s a good fit for students who want a quieter base with easy access into London.

No smoking indoors. Overnight guests only by prior agreement.
