We, a single father with 2 girls have a double room in our home here in SE92QA. We recently moved in to after a refurbishment which is spacious enough. Large lounge, open plan kitchen conservatory reception room and large garden. It is modern clean and updated. We have a cleaner twice a week to help and we would like a female ideally, someone who maybe would like to include themselves cooking on a few occasions if they wish, someone who sees themselves fitting in with a family rather than house share room only type. Plenty of room for privacy too. We have a spare room and dressing area on the top floor available. We have a small border terrier dog of 9 months which my younger one is besotted with. The girls are quite busy with swimming clubs and occasional after school activities. We live adjacent to Avery Hill park close also to Falconwood Station walking distance of approx 10 minutes and takes just 25 minutes in to London Bridge or Charring X We don't have an en suite up there but a study area, and a dressing room with a double bedroom.
