I'm looking for someone to sublet my beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in New

Eltham, SE9 for aprox 7 weeks.

July 5 - August 25

Total cost: £2450 including all bills.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. it's in a quiet, residential area (you can't hear the street or cars) close to shops and really good transport links.

The apartment has a private entrance and is a 10min walk to new eltham train station, where you can catch direct, fast trains to lewisham, london bridge, waterloo east, charring cross etc.

The place has a gorgeous large, south facing window in the living room/kitchen area. It gets lots of light and feels like a treehouse! there are no neighbours below as it's above a walkway. there are neighbours on each side. the place sadly has no washing machine/dryer but otherwise comes fully furnished.

I'm looking for someone calm and quiet. I've been living here for over 7yrs now and have put a lot of work into creating a peaceful energy.
