Hi,
A double is becoming available in a house in Eltham. There is actually a possibility to rent two rooms in the same house if you are two friends looking to live in the same house.
One is 550 smaller double pictured and the other one is 650 which is a bigger double. I am only looking to rent one room out but if you are two friends and really keen to live together it is possible.
The house 2 bathrooms. It is very close the Eltham station. It has been almost completely refurbished so everything inside is brand new. The kitchen has not been completed yet but it is functional. Second bathroom is downstairs with a shower cubicle and a toilet. We are working on improving the garden at the moment
The rent includes all bills and weekly cleaner.
