Single parent father with 2 girls have a double room in our home here in SE92QA. G Large lounge, open plan kitchen conservatory reception room and large garden. It is modern clean and updated. We have a cleaner twice a week to help and we would like a female ideally, possibly teacher, Spanish speaking would be helpful as learning. Would be nice to find someone ideally who maybe would like to include themselves cooking on a few occasions if they wish, someone who sees themselves fitting in with a family rather than house share, room only type. Plenty of room for privacy too. The bedroom offered has a dressing area on the top floor available. We have a small border terrier dog of 2 years . The girls are quite busy with swimming clubs and study after school activities. We live adjacent to Avery Hill park close also to Falconwood Station walking distance of approx 10 minutes and takes just 20 minutes in to London Bridge or Charring X We don't have an en suite up there but a study area, and a dressing room with a double bedroom.
