Male or female / sexual orientation doesn’t matter but need to be clean & clean up after yourself. Couples are fine but obviously would be a price increase. Unfortunately no internet but other bills like gas electric included. Room approx 8.5 feet by 11.5 feet.

Other storage space in house can be discussed if needed.
