My name is Hayleigh, I am 29 years old and I work in london.
My partner and I are looking for a female to rent our spare room to help cover bills. Room will be available from April/May
We have 2 very friendly labradors so you will need to like dogs. (They are not allowed on sofas or your room)
The double room is spacious with a double bed and new mattress. There is a wardrobe and chest of draws for you to use as well as a 32” smart tv.
There is an upstairs toilet and sink.
As well as a downstairs bathroom.
Good size front room and kitchen has just been extended. You will have a section of the fridge to yourself and full use of kitchen equipment.
We have a lovely garden you are welcome to use.

Dartford station is 12 minutes walk, lidl & sainsburys are 6 minutes walk.
The house is situated on a quiet cul de sac.
On road parking and always available spaces.
