Hello, I’m moving out in February so need to find someone to fill my room. The current tenancy ends in July but you will be able to renew I’ve been living here now for 3 years and one of the other girls for longer.

It’s a lovely flat with 3 other people who all work and are happy for a chat or a drink, only moving to be closer to work. There’s great transport into central and other areas of London, bus stop right outside or 3 stations within a 10 minute walk. There’s a big Sainsbury’s very close by and some lovely cafes and pubs too.
Bills come to roughly £100 on top of rent so an absolute steal! X
