I am moving to North London and need to find someone to take over my room on the contract ASAP. The room is a large double with a big window and massive fitted wardrobe.

My friends Lou and Tailtiu will be living in the flat with you and are ideal flatmates regarding noise, hygiene and friendliness. Bills never usually work out to be much more than £100 (less in Summer) and the apartment has no major flaws.

We are right next to Deptford High Street and easily connected to Surrey Quays, Greenwich and London Bridge. The room comes with a bed frame and mattress and a desk can be agreed upon.

Ideally your first rent would be on April 20th but I'm happy to arrange my move out and your move in as soon as you've cleared referencing.
