Double bedroom in a three-bedroom house with garden and cat. £650 pcm (not including bills).

The room:
The bedroom is on the ground floor and is semi-furnished, coming with a flat screen 42" TV, bed, shelves, and a desk, however, a desk chair would need to be acquired by the tenant if required.

The house and other occupants:
The house has a communal living room with a TV, a conservatory and a garden with a fire pit & bbq. We also have a double slushie machine to make frozen margaritas and strawberry daiquiris, which is perfect for summer 🍹
The other roommates are young professionals. 1 guy and 2 girls, ages 26 - 34.
There is also a cat in the house, who will aggressively try to befriend you, but if you are allergic to pets, this may not be the best fit as he is a lap cat.

Prospective roommate:
We're a social household that likes to go to the pub, have dinner, have movie nights, or just have some drinks in the garden. We are looking for female housemate 25+ who'll fit in with the house, and isn't afraid to join in once in a while. We all get along really well, so we want someone who isn’t going to be a ship in the night.

Bills:
The price of the room excludes bills which are organised by the tenants. The bills can be expected to average approximately £100 - 150 per month, depending on the time of year and gas usage.
There is paid street parking at £1 per hour, however, if you have a car, yearly parking permits are available for purchase from the council.

Location:
SE10. A 10-minute walk from Greenwich Town Centre & a 3-minute walk from the River Thames. There's a lovely riverside pub and lots of seating areas along the river bank.
Maze Hill train station is 7-minute walk away, and North Greenwich tube station is 15 minutes by bus.
We are 10 minutes by bus away from Charlton shopping park.
There are lots of good restaurants and takeaways nearby. New Cross and Peckham are about 20 and 30 minutes away respectively and have great nightlife.
We also like to keep the place tidy, so someone who cleans up after themselves is a must.
