I bought my flat last year and am looking for a clean, considerate professional or student to share the space with!

I love hosting the occasional dinner, having friends over and organising movie nights, but we wind things down by 10pm. It's a very friendly and sociable home but we also greatly value personal space, privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.
