A bright and spacious double en-suite room is available in our welcoming, modern home. Ideal for someone looking for comfort, privacy, and plenty of space.

🏠 The Room (£900pcm)
- Fully furnished (storage bed, wardrobe, storage cabinet). Furniture can be removed if preferred.
- Bright, sunny room with lots of natural light
- Private en-suite
- Occasional overnight guests welcome (we have a spare room you can use free of charge)

The room is available for up to 6 months. We may be able to extend beyond this but cannot guarantee at this moment.

Shared Spaces
- You’ll be sharing the kitchen with us and the other tenant, but we don’t use the kitchen much 😊
- You’ll be sharing the lounge with just one other tenant as we have our own.
- Garden: South-facing, recently landscaped, with outdoor dining table. We have two friendly rescue dogs who use this space, but you’re welcome to enjoy it too.

We’re Valeriia (30) and Dom (28), a friendly couple who’ve owned and lived in this home for over 9 years.
- Dom is a civil servant, and Valeriia works as a solicitor
- We live in a self-contained studio flat on the top floor
- we have a separate lounge, bedroom, and bathroom

- 10 minutes to Woolwich Crossrail station
