We are looking for a relatively short term tenant for our loft room. It would be an ideal a rent for someone relocating to London, perhaps someone who works at Lewisham hospital (we are a 15 minute walk from the hospital). There is also space to work from home. We are a family of three, and our son is 18 months old. We are both secondary school teachers and as such tend to get up around 6/6.30am and go to bed by 10pm. At the weekend we tend to be around at home or locally, and during school holidays we often travel.

We have a shared kitchen. We cook together most nights after our son has gone to bed (he is rarely up later than 7pm). One of us often pops out for a run/ yoga class / drink with a friend.

We are looking for a lodger for the short to medium term - it may be available for longer but we are currently planning some building works to begin at some point in mid 2023 which may mean we cannot rent the room out then.

Our son is out at childcare 7am-6pm 3 days a week and looked after at home the other two weekdays.
