The flat is located on the fifth floor, accessed by two lifts. The building has a Concierge working Mon-Fri. The building does not possess parking lots. The flat has two balconies facing East and West. The cosy living area and kitchen with good appliances. Some cooking utensils are included.

A bit about the area: the nearest station is Crossharbour, which is literally 2 minutes walk (DLR directly to Bank or London City Airport).
