Hi!

I'm Bennie, a 29 year old tutor and teacher, and I've got a room in my duplex flat going. It's a decent-sized room, fully furnished, and is only five mins walk (my record at a pace is 3...) from New Cross straight to central London.

The flat has a big, tall living room with a huge tv and surround sound which is great fun for movie nights or tv show binges. The Kitchen is also really big and well stocked, and has a kitchen table for socialising.

The flat is mine so you don't need to worry about absentee landlords and I'm happy for you to have carte blanche in the room - paint it, put stuff up, etc. etc.

My girlfriend Emily is around from time to time so I'll probably have her here to help show you round if you're interested!

Looking for someone who is social but clean (in communally areas at least), will have people round and also enjoy some board games or a meal on occasion. I may be away for parts of the summer so you'll have more of the space then. There'll also be one other person joining.

Bills are about £90pm and the room is available immediately.
